Only a small percentage of holdings used water pumps (engine or electric)and generators/motors (other fixed power producing equipment).3.16% of all holdings, 3.15% of household-based holdings used water pumps (engine or electric) and 0.23% of all holdings or 0.22% of household-based holdings used generators/motors (other fixed power producing equipment). Comparatively much larger percentage of special land holdings used water pumps (engine or electric) and generators/motors (other fixed power producing equipment), the percentage being 36.56% for water pumps (engine or electric) and 23.66% for generators/motors (other fixed power producing equipment ) (Table 6,7,8)
9.32% of household based holdings used huller machines. Very small percentage of land holdings used tractors for cultivation, power tillers and other farm machinery the percentages being (0.51%,1.78% and 0.20% respectively). On the other hand, 47.83% of special land holdings used tractors for cultivation, 26.09% used power tillers and 19.57% used other farm machinery. Even a sligthly greater percentage (13.04%) of special land holding used huller machines. This indicates that special land holdings with much larger holding sizes are able to use machinery and equipment much more than the household-based holdings. (Table 10,11)
