A majority of all land holdings used inorganic and organic fertilizers; A larger precentage of special land holdings used inorganic fertilizers (60.87%) compared to household-based land holdings used (33.66%). (Table 10,11) About 83.26 percent of household-based land holdings used organic fertilizers (Table 10) A larger percentage of special land holdings (73.91%) used pesticides than did household based land holdings (19.59%) and a large percentage of special land holdings (56.52%) used HYV deeds than did household based land holdings (25.13%).
