Few household-based land holdings used inorganic fertilizers (8.31%)and organic fertilizers (1.45%). However, a larger percentage of special land holdings used inorganic fertilizers (38.46%) and organic fertilizers (53.85%).(Table 10,11). Also a larger percentage of special land holdings (61.54%) used pesticides than did household based land holdings (2.00%). Similarly, a large percentage of special land holdings (38.64%) used HYV seeds than did household based land holdings (4.84%).(Table 10,11)
