A comparatively far larger percentage of non-household based special holdings used water pumps (engine or electric), and generators/motors (other fixed power producing equipment) (23.08% aganist 0.01%) than household-based agricultural holdings (23.08% aganist 0.01%).(Table 7,8)

15.38% of special land holdings used tractors for cultivation, while only 0.01% of household-based land holdings used tractors. (Table 10,11) Few household-based holdings (0.10) used huller machines and other farm machinery. (Table 10)

Special land holdings were in a comparatively better position with respect to the use of machinery and equipment than the households-based land holdings; 53.85% used power tillers and 7.69% used other farm machineries. (Table 11)
